How to wear a faux fur jacket for evenings
Our favourite way with the birch beige Goja is the simplest one. Put it over a black polo neck and dark jeans, add a slim heeled ankle boot and gold earrings, and you are ready for Christmas drinks or a long winter lunch.
The pale fur sits close to the face and brightens everything near it. The stand collar keeps the cold off, so there is no need for a scarf, and the fastening is hidden in the fur, which keeps the front clean.
What to wear with a brown faux fur jacket
Peated brown is a deep chocolate shade, and it behaves like a winter neutral. We like it worn tonally, with brown leather-look trousers and a cream knit underneath. For a little spark, add leopard flats.
Because the jacket finishes at the hip, high-waisted trousers keep the line neat. It sits just as well with dark denim and a roll neck on a cold Saturday in town.
Why a reversible faux fur gilet is worth having
A faux fur gilet gives you warmth through the body and leaves your arms free, which is useful over a knit with full sleeves. Samar does two jobs.
